A leading SaaS organization in the UK is seeking an experienced New Business Sales professional to drive sales of their HR-Tech platform. The role involves cultivating leads, mentoring team members, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in Workforce Transformation services, and a passion for data analytics and AI. Competitive package includes a base of up to £100k plus uncapped OTE.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with proven success.

  • Experience selling to both direct and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Sales Role
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the HR-Tech platform and services; and evangelize them across the market
  • Execute on sales life cycle for opportunities
  • Prospect for and cultivate leads through to execution
  • Exemplify the values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market
  • Mentor, coach and support other AE’s and BDR’s in pursuit of the overall success of the company
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a quota carrying role, with the demonstrable success of hitting targets by selling complex Workforce Transformation / Learning Services or SaaS(HR Tech or Workforce Management) to C-suite executives in Enterprise
  • A passion and knowledge for Future of Work, Data Analytics, AI, and disruptive technology.
  • A growth mindset. A passion and flair for seeking out and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience selling both direct and via partner ecosystems.

Package - Base of up to £100k,up to £200k OTE uncapped
