Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is very customer focused, you will need to deliver excellent customer service in order to maintain and expand our customer base.

Key tasks & responsibilities
  • Triage of incoming customer enquiries in order to:
    • Identify project status.
    • Route enquiries to the appropriate department.
    • Ensure we have the required information in order to provide a quotation.
  • Data inputting ofculation pricing enquiries into the CRM system.

  • Providing a link between other teams.
  • Liaise with customers regarding their enquiries.
