English Lecturer

Location: Birmingham

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

Salary / Pay: Up to £40ph

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 7.4 hours per day, 5 times a week

Provision Recruitment, part of the Operam Education Group, is working in partnership with a leading Further Education College based in London to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable English Lecturer.

We are looking for an individual with strong industry experience and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching to learners across a range of levels, typically up to Level 3. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support the next generation.

The Role

• Teach across a variety of levels (Entry to Level 3)
• Develop engaging lesson plans and resources
• Track and support learner progress
• Maintain a safe and inclusive workshop and classroom environment

What We're Looking For

• A recognised qualification in English (minimum Level 3)
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one
• Previous teaching or training experience in an Education setting is desirable
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A genuine passion for educating the next generation of Mathematicians
