Qualifications

• Proven track record in early reading and literacy.
• Knowledge of Systematic Synthetic Phonics (SSPs).
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and evaluation of English Hub initiatives.
• Support the Literacy Specialist team for effective delivery.
• Collaborate with the Department for Education on priorities.
• Ensure partner schools meet KPIs for reading and language.
