Pay Range: $34/hr - $35/hr
Job Description
- The Integration and Test department is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician.
- Working under general supervision, the Technician will apply their knowledge of Electrical Technology and Electronics to engage in functional testing, verification and validation of electronic, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems.
- Test involvement will include but is not limited to test preparation, test execution, operation of custom test sets, operation of test-related equipment, recording data and reporting data.
- The candidate will provide support for product testing as well as set up and integration of test equipment.
- This will be an on-site position as remote support is generally not possible due to the nature of the testing environment.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Associates Degree in related field with 0-2 years experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with electronics test equipment to include multimeters, oscilloscopes, and cables.
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as Javascript, C++, Python, etc.
- Experience with Mate/De-mate of Flight cables.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Experience working in the Aerospace or Defense industry.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or prototyping environment.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
- Active Security Clearance (TS/SCI).
Must- Haves (Hard Skills)
- Requires HS Diploma or GED and a minimum of 4 years manufacturing/production experience.
- Must be able to read engineering drawings/blue prints/schematics and detailed work instructions.
- Understands and adheres to established policies, procedures and proper labor charging practices.
- Demonstrate strong computer knowledge.
Must- Haves (Soft Skills)
- Able to communicate with engineers and other employees on the floor, clear and concise communication skills.
- Very detail oriented, able to maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.
- Self motivated and problem solver.
Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)

Degree/Certification Requirements
- HS Diploma or some college with 4 years manufacturing experience

- 2 Years post-Secondary/Associates Degree.
