Overview

Engineering Reliability Manager

We're looking for an Engineering Reliability Manager who can drive change, support teams, and make a real impact. What You'll Do

• Drive asset performance through a future-fit Asset Care strategy.
• Support sites in building multi-year engineering and environmental plans.
• Lead continuous improvement programmes that deliver real reliability and efficiency gains.
• Embed Condition Based Monitoring and CMMS solutions that actually get used.
• Boost environmental performance and ensure we're compliant everywhere it matters.
• Develop capability within the Engineering Leadership group and apprenticeship schemes.
• Lead shared inventory rationalisation and optimisation (yes, that means making spares smarter).

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in engineering performance and improvement, ideally FMCG.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, preferably across multiple sites.
• Background in delivering capital engineering investments in process and packaging.
• Supplier relationship management expertise.
• Degree in an engineering discipline (extra points for postgrad or CI/project management quals).
• Ideally some short shelf-life or high-care experience.
• More than anything, you'll lead with humility, inclusivity, trust, and good humour. Because great engineering is about people as much as machines.
