A leading aerospace technology firm in Cwmbran is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead multi-functional teams. This role involves developing engineering project plans, tracking performance, and resolving project issues. Ideal candidates will have an Engineering Degree and over 5 years of technical project management experience. The position offers competitive benefits, including 33 days holiday and flexible working.

To develop effective engineering project plans, track progress, resolve problems, develop solutions, and forecast project and product cost performance. Coordinate with other functional units, identify and address project issues, gather and analyse data to support the development of solutions and recommendations to solve problems, meeting schedule commitments, and optimising performance.
You act within a small team of peers and do not have direct responsibility for any staff. You manage across a functional matrix within the Technical Domain of the business. Your focus is on planning and executing Engineering projects to meet or exceed performance metrics. You are the Technical focal point for your project, across the business, and with Customer and Airframer facing roles. The role is based in Cwmbran, Wales, with occasional travel including international locations.
