• Proven experience managing an engineering team in a production or process facility.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Knowledge of CMMS – TOM experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team, managing performance and training.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Policy and legislative requirements.
• Plan and coordinate resources for production requirements.
