A leading defense contractor is looking for an Engineering Manager specializing in Product Safety. You will lead safety engineering activities across radar programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and managing a dedicated team. The ideal candidate has over 5 years’ experience in safety engineering and relevant degree qualifications. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a salary of up to £70,000 based on experience.

Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight, Great Baddow, Chelmsford or Portsmouth Broad Oak.

Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on skills and experience and bonus scheme.
