As part of our Homes compliance team, you will proactively ensure we fulfil our obligations as a landlord, overseeing electrical installations, lifts, and lifting equipment to keep our customers safe and our properties compliant.
You will draw on outstanding technical knowledge and previous experience managing compliance risk for a social housing provider, building strong relationships with contractors and specialist consultants, and ensuring that technical specifications and standards are met.
