Job description

We are an electronic security installation company based in South London, Tolworth and we are seeking an experienced engineer coordinator, to ensure the installation and maintenance department operates efficiently and meets monthly targets, which must be completed in a professional & timely manner.

You will also maintain key relationships, and liaise with customers, managers / admin staff, engineers, senior project manager and the managing director.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Arranging Meeting with regards to new jobs with senior members of staff
  • Planning labour for call outs / repairs / maintenance visits
  • Updating clients
  • Issue supplier with details on small repair works
  • Raising job orders
  • Confirm parts from supplier are correct against the quote
  • Programming for each job
  • updating the small repairs spreadsheet when a new job is raised
  • Issuing of site visit reports when requested
  • Producing RAMS
  • confirm engineers are on site
  • Gather all quotes from supplier or sales
  • Overview spending against each job
  • Provide spreadsheets showing financial overview each week / month
  • Any client complaints to be logged and actioned with senior members of staff
  • Taking minutes from repair meetings
  • Arrange pat testing for repair team
