• NMC Registered Nurse with one year experience.
• Experience of caring for patients undergoing Endoscopy procedures.
• Previous Endoscopy work experience.

Responsibilities

• Access, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Act as a mentor to students and newly qualified staff.
• Assist senior staff with service development and policy implementation.

Skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain and improve care standards

Prioritization and time management skills

Clinical skills in cannulation, blood taking and IV medication administration
