A recruitment agency is looking for an Employment Specialist to deliver employment support to participants in the New Forest area. You will assist individuals with health conditions affecting their ability to gain or maintain work. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential. Competitive salary of up to £35,413 available.

Overview

Working on the IPS contract, embedded with Community Health Teams and the wider community you will be delivering employment support to participants with mild to moderate health conditions.

Working intensively with a maximum caseload of 25 participants who have a health condition which impacts on their ability to gain work or stay in work. Assisting them to obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals, following the eight principles of IPS.

Responsibilities
