About the Role

They currently seek a motivated Employment Solicitor to join the highly regarded Employment Law team, which has consistently earned accolades in Chambers UK and The Legal 500. “Providing the highest level of employment law advice.” – Chambers UK; “An excellent reputation in the Thames Valley.” – The Legal 500.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, with the support of colleagues and the Department Manager
  • Handling clients’ cases efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Upholding the highest professional standards and complying with our quality standards
  • Keeping clients fully informed about our range of services
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives
The Successful Candidate Will
  • PQE: 1-5 years or NQ
  • Hold at least a 2.1 degree
  • Have completed at least one training seat in Employment Law at a recognized and respected firm, demonstrating a genuine interest in HR/Employment Law
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and diligence in their work
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Be a collaborative team player with a reputable track record
