Job description

This employment team handles all aspects of employment law. You will provide advice to a diverse range of public and private sector clients on topics including:

1. Employment contracts
2. Performance and absence management
3. Disciplinary and grievance procedures
4. Restructuring, redundancies, and executive severance
5. Discrimination issues
6. Employment tribunal and High Court litigation
7. HR policy implementation
8. Managing employment law risks, business transfers, and TUPE

Applicants with 2-8 years PQE and respondent background are preferred.
