Overview

Employment Solicitor, 8+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to c£70,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:1312.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied employment caseload including drafting contracts and policies, settlement agreements, corporate support and tribunals including unfair dismissals and discrimination claims.
  • Join a friendly and supportive team that offers employment and HR services to both employers and employees.
  • Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
  • Provide commercially astute, clear, pragmatic advice; excellent advocacy, drafting, and client relationship skills.
  • Be proactive and collaborative with an eye for business development.
  • Hybrid working options (as part of the remuneration and work arrangement).
