A leading law firm is seeking a partner to join their top-tier Employment practice. The position requires over 10 years of experience in employment law, specifically within the education sector. You will lead a team, manage an existing book of business, and work on complex cases across the UK market, with a focus on fostering growth within the practice. This role can be based in any UK office, with travel around Oxford, Cambridge, and London.

You

• 10+ years PQE
• Prior experience providing sophisticated employment advice in the education sector
• Demonstrable management of experienced teams
• An interest in driving further growth and development of the practice
