Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice on employment law matters within the financial services industry.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser on senior-level employee relations issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment-related agreements and documentation.
  • Offering strategic guidance on complex disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Advising on regulatory and compliance matters impacting employment practices.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to manage risk and ensure legal compliance.
  • Representing the organisation in employment disputes and external proceedings.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and relevant industry developments.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 4 - 10 PQE
  • Proven experience advising on complex employment matters in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in managing senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks.
