Job summary

A leading defence contractor in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electronics Trainer to deliver high-impact technical training in Lyneham.   • Preparing and delivering engaging technical training modules using modern learning technologies
  • Developing and maintaining course materials, assessments and trainee records
  • Monitoring trainee progress and providing tailored support and feedback
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to continuously improve training delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders across defence schools
Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience in a technical or engineering environment
  • Proven experience in a relevant working environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. General Electronics, Radar, Electronic Control, Telecommunications, or Avionic Systems) or significant experience in the field
  • Willingness to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Learning within 12 months of employment
