Qualifications

• Strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets, and processes.
• Ideally, experience of Weapon System systems design and validation.
• Experience working across the full engineering development lifecycle.
• Experience of carrying out systems integration.
• Understanding of Electromagnetic Countermeasures and Support systems.
• Strong record of delivery.
• Experience in capability assessments and road-mapping.
• Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in requirements management toolsets like DOORS.
• Willingness to apply for DV clearance.

• Responsible for ensuring various aspects of a Weapon System's EW capability are fit for purpose.
