Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Electrician in Carlisle to undertake electrical installation, repairs, and testing on a temporary basis. The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, along with a full UK driving license. Candidates with experience in social housing schemes are preferred. You will work in the surrounding Cumbria area, ensuring high standards of work and caring for the company vehicle. Weekly pay ranges from £25-26 based on experience.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent required.
  • Qualified to 18th Edition IET wiring regulations is necessary.
  • Experience working on social housing schemes is desirable.

Responsibilities

Duties for the Roofer will include:
  • Undertaking electrical installation, repairs and testing, ensuring the highest possible standards
  • Have experience of domestic/housing remedial works

  • Travelling across surrounding areas to undertake work
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working on social housing schemes (desirable)
