Overview

Electrical Technician (Clear Line of Progression) – £40,993 + Technical Training + Excellent Career Progression + Overtime + Shifts + 31 Days Holiday. Factory based and commutable from Blackwood, Cwmbran, Newport, Pontyprpryd, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Shift based role: 3 Shift Rota, Monday - Friday (Early, Late, Nights).

This is a great opportunity to join a market leading manufacturer where you will have the opportunity to work on high spec machinery and receive technical training to develop into a highly skilled engineer. The company specialises in the end-to-end design and manufacture of specialist packaging, working with globally renowned clients. Through a focus on sustainability and innovation, they are looking to build a team of highly skilled electrical technicians to improve the site"s manufacturing performance.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding on electrical systems on specialist machinery.
• Reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance (PPM) across site electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Work on high spec machinery with technical training to develop into a highly skilled engineer.
• Operate on a 3-shift rotating pattern (Monday - Friday) with optional overtime.
