Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee a residential construction project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader with a solid background in residential electrical systems and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the electrical scope for residential construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee electrical crews and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports
• Manage change orders and resolve project issues promptly
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specs, and electrical layouts

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing residential electrical projects
• Black ECS card
• SMSTS
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code requirements
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple crews and deadlines simultaneously
