Qualifications

  • Qualified in 18th edition and City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in electrical installations.
  • Experience in providing maintenance to electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems.
  • Any additional certifications like FGAS or plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide planned maintenance, servicing & repair to electrical, mechanical & building services equipment.
  • Support a team managing multiple sites across the M25 area.
  • Perform UPS systems testing and maintenance of pumps/motors and AHUs.

Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer - 38 - 41K - Reading

I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is currently in search of an Electrical bias multi skilled Maintenance engineer to join their growing team within the M25.

The successful candidate will be providing planned maintenance, servicing & repair to a wide range of Electrical, Mechanical & building services equipment.

You will be supporting a team on the M25 with sites based in Reading, Bracknell, Surrey, Stevenage, Hatfield, Ealing and some Central London.

With four offices based within the UK, the company has grown from strength to strength since launching in 2002 and provides building performance assets, planned and reactive maintenance solutions and capital projects works throughout the UK.

They mainly work with a wide variety of retail, hotel and leisure and commercial multi tenanted office spaces. They are currently in search of an electrical mobile engineer to join a team of engineers to provide PPM maintenance and breakdown to electrical/mechanical units to a wide variety of commercial clients including:

  • Electrical, mechanical & building services, maintenance, service & Repair works
  • UPS Systems/Emergency Light Testing
  • Pumps/Motors
  • AHU's & HVAC Maintenance
  • Plumbing & facilities

This role is based on a 40-hour week, with the ideal candidate holding their 18th edition, city and guilds level 2 or equivalent in electrical installations. Any testing 2391 or 2394/2395, AM2 or dual skill qualifications (I.E FGAS, Plumbing) is an added bonus but not a must.
