Job summary

A leading FMCG food manufacturer in North Manchester is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their maintenance team. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of site process systems, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG environments, relevant engineering qualifications, and experience in fault diagnosis. Full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment is essential.
• Ideally, experience as a multi-skilled engineer.
• 17th/18th edition is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance of site process systems and machinery.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
• Diagnose faults effectively and quickly.
• Assist with mechanical duties and training of others.
