A local council is seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Manager to oversee electrical compliance across its housing assets. This role involves managing contracts, staff, and budgets while ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of electrical compliance, and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving license is required.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Compliance Manager to lead and manage electrical compliance across Council’s housing and corporate assets. You will be the Council’s lead officer for electrical services, ensuring all statutory regulations, British Standards and health & safety requirements are met.
You will oversee all electrical contracts, compliance schedules, risk registers, inspections, and performance reporting. The role also involves managing staff, contractors and budgets, driving service improvements, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Desirable: Project Management qualification, Health & Safety qualification, and experience in quality assurance/auditing.
