Job description
Band 2 – 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated receptionist/administrator with experience in a busy environment. The successful candidate should be methodical, accurate, detail-oriented, well-organised, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the receptionist and first point of contact for users, visitors, and patients to the building and surrounding wards.
  • Perform daily monitoring of maintenance issues and serve as fire warden.
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Education Campus Manager, including processing room booking requests via the bespoke electronic system.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring they reach the correct department within the Oxford Road Campus (ORC).
  • Monitor daily room usage and manage the sign‑in process.
  • Adapt quickly to new IT systems and remain flexible to meet service needs.
  • Collaborate with all staff within Education and the Admin & Reception Team.
