A leading education recruitment agency is seeking an ECT & Fully Qualified English Teacher in Bristol to deliver engaging English lessons. The role offers flexible working arrangements of 2-5 days per week, competitive daily pay of £130–£180, and opportunities for professional development. Pay: £130 – £180 per day (paid to scale for long-term roles after 12 weeks)

Our educators work anywhere between 2–5 days per week and often secure long-term roles within weeks. You’ll deliver pre-planned English lessons that keep students engaged and focused. The role includes:
Teaching pre-set English lessons across KS3–KS4
Building students’ confidence in reading, writing and analysis
Managing behaviour with positivity and consistency
Supporting learners during tasks and explaining key concepts
Collecting completed work and providing feedback to staff
Adapting confidently to different groups and routines
This role is ideal for English specialists who want to grow their subject delivery and classroom leadership.
English ECTs or fully qualified English teachers
Strong knowledge of Literature and Language

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
