Join our clients expanding Ecomm team with a leading role as our Ecommerce Operations Manager based in their Luton Hub.

Due to exceptional growth in their market‑leading E‑commerce parcel business there is a need to recruit a specialist Ecommerce Operations Manager who will be based at their Luton Hub

Hours are Mon‑Fri from 15 : 00-23 : 00.

What We're Looking For :

• A self‑motivated, reliable individual with a "can‑do" attitude
• Previous management experience in a warehouse environment (ideally in parcels, retail or ecommerce)
• Strong communication skills to build great relationships with customers
• A commitment to service and professionalism
• Someone that wants to make a difference and complete the Ecomm team of 18 staff based in Luton
• A mentor to less experienced members of the team and to grow and nurture talent from within for succession management
• Someone who can step up and cover for the Head of Ecommerce operations from time to time
