We’re Hiring: Ecommerce National Account Manager

Location: Head Office, Weybridge - Hybrid role

Kenneth Green Associates is looking for an Ecommerce National Account Manager to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is pivotal in driving the growth of our fragrance and beauty brands across pure play e-retailers, with a strong focus on Amazon.

The Mission

You’ll deliver both sell-in and sell-out growth, ensuring best-in-class execution of brand strategies. By carefully planning, monitoring, and adapting strategies, you’ll unlock the full potential of our e-retail partners while ensuring profitable growth aligned with commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Account Development

  • Build and execute long-term brand strategies with key e-retailers.
  • Develop and negotiate annual business plans to deliver above-market growth.
  • Partner with brand managers on range planning and productivity improvements.
  • Act as a business owner—identifying opportunities, reducing risks, and driving results.

Operational Management

  • Deliver robust trade activation plans that go beyond launches.
  • Track and optimise stock, forecasts, and activations.
  • Monitor brand and retailer performance to ensure agility and quick response.

Relationships & Communication

  • Build strong internal and external partnerships to maximise visibility and activations.
  • Ensure clear communication and buy-in across stakeholders.
  • Share insights and expertise to support the wider business.

Amazon Focus

  • Daily management including sales reporting, operations tracking, content/creative updates, and chargeback monitoring.
  • Manage the merchandising and event calendar.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Ads and internal digital teams on activations and assets.
  • Own Amazon content (A+ Content, Brand Store) to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Strengthen relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers and AVS teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ sales experience in fragrance/beauty/skincare.
  • Strong track record in National Account Management with Amazon and other e-retailers.
  • Full knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central is essential.
  • Analytical, numerate, and comfortable with large volumes of data.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
