A global financial institution based in the UK is seeking an experienced lawyer to support ECM transactions across EMEA. The role involves providing legal advice, collaborating with various teams, and navigating complex legal frameworks in capital markets. Ideal candidates will have expertise in securities law, experience in dealing with ECM documentation, and strong negotiation skills. The ECM and Advisory Legal team around Europe includes highly experienced lawyers from a range of backgrounds who have all trained at different law firms. Our wider Global Banking legal team also covers various other business/product areas such as DCM, Structured Finance, Corporate Lending, and Derivatives. We can offer a highly supportive learning environment for an enthusiastic lawyer looking to continue to develop and expand their skillset in a wide variety of product areas and transaction types.
