Job summary

A leading education supply agency in Bradford is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a friendly school. The successful candidate will support children in the nursery unit, particularly those with special educational needs. This full-time temporary position runs from January 2026 to March 2026, with working hours from Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The School and Role

We are looking for an outstanding Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly private nursery in Bradford BD10. Working as part of an established team, the desired Early Years Teaching Assistant will be supporting within the Nursery unit, supporting all children, especially child with SEND. The role would be Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am 17:30pm. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be easily accessed on public transport.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A passion for supporting young children's development and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
