Early Years Teacher – Full Time

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary: £130–£210 per day (PAYE – weekly pay)

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Start Date: November

Do you love those big firsts—the first word sounded out, the first number written, the first story shared? We’re looking for a nurturing and creative Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming Bradford primary school, where you’ll help little learners build the best possible start to their education.

Your role:

• Lead a Reception or Nursery class, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment
• Deliver engaging, play-based learning that sparks curiosity and confidence
• Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development alongside early literacy and numeracy
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and carers to ensure every child is seen and supported
• Contribute to wider school life and bring plenty of energy and enthusiasm to the classroom

What we’re looking for:

• QTS or EYTS with experience teaching in an Early Years setting
• A passion for early childhood development and learning through play
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and families
• Creativity, patience, and adaptability in the classroom
• Commitment to inclusive and child-centred practice
