Qualifications

Early Years Practitioner - Play Away City Day Nursery

Location: Southampton Rd, Southampton

Full‑Time 40 hours per week Permanent

£13.30 per hour

Your Role as Early Years Practitioner:
  • Deliver high‑quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities tailored to each child's development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
  • Promote cleanliness, safety, and wellbeing throughout the nursery
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
  • Support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
What We're Looking For:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
  • Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
  • 1+ Year Experience in Early Years - Desirable
  • Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements - Desirable
