  • Lead and own RBTG work experience programme.
  • Support early career talent throughout the programme.
  • Provide accurate programme updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support Talent Development Business Partner in designing and delivering best in class early career programmes through Red Bull Technology Group Talent Academy
  • Provide line managers with ongoing support and guidance to effectively manage early careers participants
  • Lead and own RBTG work experience programme, enhancing the offering by working with key stakeholders across the business
  • Support early career talent throughout the programme including check-ins, focus groups and learning & development opportunities
  • Provide accurate programme updates to stakeholders, promoting Talent Academy both internally and externally
