Basic Salary: £28,000–£32,500 DOE

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and proactive Property Valuer to join a highly successful and rapidly expanding sales division. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a high-performing branch handling premium and high-value homes.

This role is ideal for a confident, experienced Valuer who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and enjoys delivering a market‑leading service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions for residential sales

  • Arrange and carry out property viewings

  • Provide detailed viewing feedback and maintain regular communication with vendors

  • Utilise social media platforms to promote new and existing instructions

  • Deliver tailored, expert advice to vendors and landlords

  • Confidently negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes

  • Use CRM and industry software to manage activity, records, and pipeline

  • Build long‑lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer care

Working Hours & Location
  • Full‑time: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6pm

  • Saturday rota in place (day off in lieu provided during the week when a Saturday is worked)

  • Base office: Royston

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ residential valuing experience

  • Previous estate agency experience is essential

  • Strong communication skills, both personable and professional

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships

  • Highly motivated, driven, and results‑orientated

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy diary

  • Team player with a proactive, positive approach
