Look no further! The Home Care service is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Duty Planner.

About the role

The duty planner’s role is key to the effective operation of the busy Home Care Service.

• Plan and cover rotas effectively, provide consistent advice, guidance and support to Service Users, staff and all stakeholders, and provide administrative support within the department.
• Good IT skills are essential for the role; experience in a care-setting will be beneficial.
• The Home Care service operates 365 days a year and the Duty Planner role includes working every other weekend, some evenings and some day shifts on a rolling rota basis. There may be opportunities to work additional hours in the service.
• As an agile worker you will work a combination of home based and office based hours on a rota basis.
