Duty Manager, Hotel du Vin. Working across multiple departments, this role gives you the chance to contribute to the F&B and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel. You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy Food & Beverage Department and a focus on developing your career from Junior HoD to Senior HoD.
As Duty Manager you will assist in the smooth running of all customer-facing departments—from supporting the breakfast team and managing busy checkout periods to coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager to check bedrooms. Experience in Guest Relations is advantageous, as is an interest in local trends around the hotel.
