About the Role

You will work with vulnerable adults with complex needs, carrying out strength-based assessments, promoting independence, and leading on safeguarding enquiries. You will also support junior staff and may deputise for the Assistant Team Manager when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead safeguarding enquiries and complex cases
  • Complete assessments and develop support plans
  • Promote independence and community involvement
  • Supervise and support junior staff
  • Apply legislation such as the Care Act, MCA, and Human Rights Act
  • Maintain safe, confidential and person-centred practice
Requirements
  • SWE registration
  • Adult Safeguarding experience
  • Strong communication and decision‑making skills
