  • Ensure compliance with driver regulations.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients.
  • Follow health and safety protocols.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Salary: £33,377.76 per annum plus Veolia benefits.

Hours: 36 hours, Monday to Friday, 6am - 14:30pm, 48 mins unpaid break.

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, Bagleys Lane, Fulham, SW6 2QA

What you'll be doing
  • Conducting pre-trip and end of shift vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
  • Operating the vehicle safely while adhering to traffic laws and HGV-specific regulations.
  • Communicating with Management.
  • Reporting any mechanical issues to the workshop.
  • Ensuring compliance with drivers' hours regulations and taking mandatory rest breaks.
  • Reporting any issues and full compliance of our on-boarding ECHO.
  • Maintaining professional working relationship with Management and our clients.
  • Following health and safety protocols.
  • Keeping the vehicle clean and properly maintained.
What we're looking for

Essential:

  • Class 2 Driving Licence
  • An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.
  • Ability to work confidently within a team environment.
  • Must have good communication skills.

Desired:

  • Prior experience working within Waste
