Domiciliary Care Assistant Days/Nights

Location: Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs Way, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Permanent, part-time/full-time hours available.

Shift Pattern:

  • Days: 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm (6-hour shifts), including every other weekend
  • Nights: 7pm - 7am, including every other weekend

We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team at Richmond Village Witney. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to residents in our serviced apartments on site, with no travel required. We offer full and part-time opportunities across various shifts.

What the role entails:

Responsibilities vary daily to meet residents’ needs and may include:

  • Assisting with personal care duties
  • Supporting during mealtimes
  • Promoting mental and physical activities through hobbies and interests
  • Responding to emergency calls on site
  • Collaborating with the Care Manager and external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists

Key Skills / Qualifications:

Experience in care/dementia settings is preferred, or a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Full training will be provided if needed.
