Our Dog Operations team is responsible for delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and care for every dog in their journey through Battersea, from intake, to their care and assessments and then to rehoming.

Responsibilities

Within the Dog Intake team you will coordinate the calls and enquiries received to the intake lines, answer questions, and explain Battersea’s intake policies and procedures to customers.
