Qualifications

  • Previous experience in processing goods in, despatching parts, internal picking and regular inventory stock counts.
  • Experience in the Motorsport or automotive industry advantageous.

  • Ensure all processes are followed in a timely and effective manner.

We are looking for a Distribution Centre Operative / Administrator to join our Motorsport Distribution Centre. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer facing team, processing all inbound and outbound goods, and completing orders that will assist the workshop in the build and maintenance of our cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all processes are followed in a timely and effective manner, including the booking in of goods received, all internal credits, perpetual inventory counts, and helpdesk requests.
  • Ensure all errors and discrepancies are investigated thoroughly.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and filing of paperwork.
  • Ensure that the Distribution Centre is providing the highest possible level of customer service and presentation.
  • Produce any reports required by the departmental management team.
  • Ensure performance accuracy is in line with the department KPIs.
  • Deal with very high specification and value racing car components.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in processing goods in, despatching parts, internal picking and regular inventory stock counts. You will be highly computer literate and have an eye for detail. You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the Motorsport or automotive industry would be advantageous.
