As a Director, Global Performance Development, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide performance development programs that enable talent growth, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as a trusted advisor to regional HR teams, business unit leaders, and cross-functional working groups to deliver a scalable and consistent approach to performance management that aligns with company values and growth ambitions. This role reports to the Global Chief People Officer and will be instrumental in designing a performance development philosophy and framework that will be implemented across diverse markets and cultures.
