We are seeking a Director of Operations with senior leadership experience overseeing finance, resources, and governance of a global multi-project grant programme aimed at tackling social injustice in challenging locations worldwide. Responsibilities include leading a small, multidisciplinary team and collaborating closely with colleagues and grantees.

This highly specialized role requires sector-specific experience in charitable foundation giving, with a global perspective. Candidates should have experience with the movement of funds under multiple regulatory frameworks and compliance with international legislation related to money laundering and illegal activity funding.
