Scottish Brain Sciences is a Life Sciences Company with Headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland. We deliver clinical trials of new tests and treatments for a range of neurodegenerative conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease. We foster the rapid translation of research into practice to bring scientific progress out of the lab and into the community.

As our new Director of Laboratory Services, reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead on the provision of scientific services, in-house and commercial, to support clinical trials in diagnosis and prognosis, therapeutic monitoring and drug development and validation, and biobanking for longitudinal studies.

SBS activity is currently focussed on the UK market, but at Directorial Level, the successful candidate will be expected to be working across our services globally as they develop. Our core laboratory facility is at the University of St Andrews incubator site on their Eden Campus at Guardbridge.
