A Scottish educational institution is seeking a Director for the Energy Skills Partnership to lead skills development initiatives and ensure alignment with industry needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, and will work collaboratively with colleges, government, and industry to support Scotland's transition to a sustainable energy future. This is a fixed-term hybrid role based in Stirling with a salary of £83,513 per annum.

Salary: £83,513 per annum (pay award pending)
Base: Stirling (Hybrid)
Fixed Term: This is a funded post initially for the period of two years. This could provide a secondment opportunity.
Energy Skills Partnership and are looking to recruit a Director to provide direction and leadership, in support of Scotland's Colleges to ensure ESP is a high-performing organisation that is flexible, inclusive, and responsive to evolving industry skills needs whilst supporting Scottish Government\'s energy ambitions.
The Energy Skills Partnership is a collaboration of Scotland's colleges and industry partners established to increase the capability and capacity to deliver the right skills for energy transition, low carbon transport, engineering & advanced manufacture and construction & energy efficiency sectors.
We are looking to appoint an individual with drive and determination, someone who can take the lead in helping us deliver our ambitions across Scotland to ensure we are at the forefront of skills development for our priority sectors.
