Responsibilities / Position overview

Who are we looking for?

You’re someone who loves combing through data to find a brilliant piece of insight, who takes pride in insightful and well‑crafted digital strategy, and is excited to help out across a wide range of clients, sectors and projects. You’re curious about human behaviour and culture. You’re eager to learn and develop; a self‑starter who can take a project and run with it.

The role

  • Regular digital marketing performance reports, including data analysis and dashboarding
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all client‑facing deliverables.
  • Make recommendations across different digital touchpoints to optimise conversion rates.
  • Review user journeys across different channels, landing pages and audiences with varying needs to make rational, strong and actionable recommendations.
  • Carry out proactive reviews of website analytics, paid media data and client competitor websites to help shape recommendations.
  • Collaborate with UX and UI designers in Leith’s Digital Product Team to drive our proposition forward, identifying opportunities for growth, particularly in digital marketing.
  • Contribute to new business development, taking part in pitches and written proposals.
  • Knowledge sharing, training and raising Digital Marketing knowledge levels across the agency.
Qualifications

Skills and experience you’ll need

  • We’re looking for someone who loves data and has great attention to detail.
  • You’re curious about finding out the ‘why’, with strong written and verbal communication to articulate your ideas.
  • You have a keen interest in digital marketing across channels, with the ability to spot trends and translate these into actionable insights.
  • A problem‑solving personality, with the desire to help your colleagues and be part of a close‑knit Strategy team.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Looker Studio. Extra points if you have experience with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Google Optimise and Global Web Index.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of social media management platforms such as Meta, TikTok & Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of PPC and SEO and the roles they play in integrated digital strategies for brands.
  • Knowledge of A/B Testing and the importance of data‑driven decision‑making.
