Job description

We’re working on behalf of a global technology company to find a talented Digital Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced marketing team, where you’ll lead demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. This role will be a good match for someone who has already gained some experience as a Demand Generation Manager or Growth Marketing Manager.

What you’ll be doing

As Digital Marketing Manager, the role involves full ownership of demand generation and ABM strategy, working in close partnership with sales and marketing leadership to drive pipeline growth. Multi‑channel campaigns will be developed and executed across email, paid media, SEO, social, and content marketing. ABM strategies will be introduced and refined to target high‑value accounts, with collaboration across sales teams to personalise outreach and boost engagement. The marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) will be managed to build lead scoring frameworks and nurturing workflows that convert MQLs into SQLs. The company website and SEO strategy, supported by BrightEdge, will be continuously optimised to ensure a steady stream of high‑quality inbound leads. Regular A / B testing and performance analysis will play a key role in refining campaign effectiveness and maximising ROI. This is a hands‑on position with strategic influence, offering the opportunity to shape how marketing contributes to revenue growth across global markets.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar B2B demand generation role.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing ABM strategies.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and working cross‑functionally with sales and product teams.
What you’ll get in return for your experience

The role offers a salary of £60-80k depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package. This includes hybrid working, private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, and ongoing professional development. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and impact.
