A progressive educational trust is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant to join their Central Team. This part-time role (15 hours per week) involves crafting internal communications, designing digital assets, and supporting events. Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant
Permanent, Part Time working 15 hours per week term time only (39 weeks - 38 weeks during term time and INSET days).
Working pattern will be discussed with the successful candidate and we offer flexibility, subject to the hours being worked over a minimum of 3 days per week. Hybrid working is available after successful completion of induction.
Salary: Grade 5 SCP6: £25,989 – SCP9: £27,254 per annum pro rata. Actual Starting Salary: £9,102 per annum.
Location: Trust Offices currently at Tatenhill and relocating to Rugeley in 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience in digital marketing, social media and/or graphic design to join our busy Central Team. Working under the direction of our Trust Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for collating and writing content for internal communications, designing digital assets and social media posts, maintaining the Trust image library and supporting key events.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be personable and able to communicate at all levels within the organisation. You’ll bring creative flair and use your initiative to work independently on tasks. Forward planning and time management is key to ensure work is planned and deadlines are met. You’ll be highly organised and have an eye for detail ensuring the image and reputation of the Trust is promoted and protected at all times. We are able to offer the successful candidate professional development via our apprenticeship levy funding.
